Where should I start?
Choose the equipment format first: portable, inverter, standby or outdoor equipment. The finder narrows the catalog by type and your selected preferences. Open the product page for the complete specifications.
Can I compare models?
Yes. Use “Compare” on a product card or product page to add up to three models. Your shortlist is saved in this browser. The comparison page also supports a link you can share with the selected models.
What if a specification is missing?
A missing value is not an assumed specification. Check the full product description, then use “Ask about this model” to send the model details with your question.
Does a listed wattage guarantee a fit for my setup?
No. A catalog specification alone does not confirm suitability for a particular setup. Compare all listed specifications and requirements, and confirm the details before you choose.

How do I select a product option?
When a model has options, select the option on its product page before adding it to the cart. The selected option, quantity and current price appear in your cart.
Where can I confirm delivery, returns or warranty details?
Check the published product information and store policies. If the detail you need is not listed, contact the store before placing your order. Requirements can differ by model.
Are all review purchases verified?
No. Reviews carried over from the previous storefront are explicitly identified as imports with purchase unverified. Only available individual review records contribute to the displayed rating count.
How do I ask about an existing order?
Use the contact form, choose “Order support” and include your order number. If you have a store account, its Orders section displays orders associated with that account.
