Where we ship & how long it takes

Generawa ships worldwide. Delivery within the United States is estimated at 7 business days from your order date. International delivery to all other countries is estimated at 7–14 business days from your order date.

Business days are working days, Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted.

These are estimated delivery windows, rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Follow your order for the latest confirmed updates. Any product-specific shipping restrictions are noted on the product page.

Follow your order

Open order tracking and enter your Generawa reference or order number together with the billing email used at checkout.

Tracking shows confirmed order updates. A carrier tracking link appears when a carrier and tracking number have been added to your order.
